What is my shipping method for the pre-order?
- For deliveries inside of the United States of America, we utilize UPS and USPS as needed.
- For deliveries outside of the United States of America, we utilize UPS.
Are there additional fees for international orders?
When ordering outside of the United States of America, recipients may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties, and fees that must be fulfilled upon receipt of the package. Melanin Haircare has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be as customs policies can vary widely from country to country and are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
*Please kindly note that customs, duties, and taxes imposed by a recipient’s country of residence are non-refundable. We do not prepay or calculate the fees, but we do recommend contacting your local customs office for further information as they may be able to provide a quote based on the item(s) in your shipment.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns of most new, unused products in their original condition (unopened) within 14 days of delivery. To complete your return, your item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, unopened, and in the same condition as it was received. It must be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.
