Unauthorized Reseller Policy

Melanin Haircare products may only be sold by individuals or businesses who have received prior written authorization from Melanin Haircare LLC. Unauthorized resale of our products, including, but not limited to, listings on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and other third-party marketplaces, is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized Sellers

Purchases made from unauthorized sellers may include tampered, expired, or counterfeit products. As a result, customers who purchase from these sources may not be eligible for:

• Product guarantees
• Returns or exchanges

We cannot guarantee the safety, authenticity, or quality of any product purchased through an unauthorized channel.

Our Right to Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order determined to be placed for unauthorized resale purposes.
