Collection Reserve Overview
The Collection Reserve allows customers to secure inventory prior to release.
Orders placed through the Collection Reserve are part of the January 2027 release and are shipped in sequence based on reservation timing.
Collection Reserve orders must be placed separately from in-stock purchases.
Availability & Order Limits
The Collection Reserve is available to customers within the United States and select international territories. Order limits may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Pricing & Promotions
Collection Reserve orders are not eligible for additional discounts, promotional codes, or bundle stacking offers.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated shipping timelines are provided on each product page and reflect the January 2027 release schedule. Customers will receive email updates throughout the reservation period and tracking information once their order has shipped.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Collection Reserve orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment by contacting CustomerCare@MelaninHaircare.com. Orders cannot be modified once placed.

Frequently Asked Questions:
When does the reservation window close?
The current reservation window will close on June 28th. Once closed, this production batch will no longer be available for reservation.
When will my order ship?
Orders from this Collection Reserve batch will ship in January 2027. You will receive email updates throughout the reservation period and tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Collection Reserve orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment by contacting CustomerCare@MelaninHaircare.com.
Can I substitute or modify items in my order?
No. Because inventory is reserved specifically for each order, reservation orders cannot be modified once placed.
Is this available internationally?
The Collection Reserve is available to customers within the United States and select international territories. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Collection Reserve Shipping & Policies
Payments
We utilize Shopify Payments, which accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Diners Club.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by the carrier based on package weight, destination, and delivery method. Rates are not set or controlled by Melanin Haircare.
Shipping Methods
Orders within the United States are shipped via UPS and/or USPS depending on destination and service level.
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
International Orders & Fees
Select international territories are eligible for delivery. International customers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Melanin Haircare does not collect or prepay these fees and cannot predict their amounts.

Tracking Information
Once your Collection Reserve order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with tracking details.
Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact CustomerCare@MelaninHaircare.com for assistance with filing a carrier claim. Please visit our Shipping Policy page for additional information
Order Modifications
Collection Reserve orders cannot be modified, exchanged, or substituted once placed.
Returns
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Collection Reserve orders must be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
Collection Reserve orders cannot be modified, substituted, or exchanged once placed.
