When will I receive my order? 

You will receive your bulk bundle package at the end of July, 2025. We will provide an update once the product completion date is confirmed with the manufacturer, and then again once shipments are released.

 

How long do I have to pre-order a bulk bundle?

Bulk bundle pre-order offer ends on Saturday, March 29th at 11:59pm ET.

 

Why must we purchase lifestyle items in each bundle?

The lifestyle offerings in each bundle are free gifts, and are a complimentary addition with each bundle! When you create your bundle, you can see the full price of each product discounted as you add it. We added these complimentary items as a thank you and to show our appreciation for you and the rest of our community.

 

Are substitutions available for haircare products or lifestyle offerings?

Because each bulk bundle is thoughtfully curated, we are unable to offer substitutions or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Will you offer this again in the future?

The future of this event depends on its popularity and success, but we’re definitely open to bringing it back if it resonates with the community.

 

Is this available for everyone? 

Yes, anyone within the USA and select international territories can pre-order a bulk bundle. They will be available until they are officially sold out.

 

What products are included in the pre-order?

We are offering three [3] different bulk bundles:

The Three-Month Bulk Bundle contains all 5 Melanin Haircare Signature Line Products and your choice between 2 Lifestyle Offerings.

The Six-Month Bulk Bundle contains all 5 Melanin Haircare Signature Line Products and your choice between 3 Lifestyle Offerings.

The Eight-Month Bulk Bundle contains 4 Signature Line Products - everything except the Multi-Use Softening Leave In Conditioner - along with your choice between 6 Lifestyle Offerings.

 

Can I pre-order more than one bulk bundle?

Yes, as long as they are still in stock, you can pre-order as many bulk-bundles as you wish.

 

Can this offer be combined with other discounts or promotions?

As each bulk bundle is carefully curated to offer the best value, and this special event is a pre-order, we are unable to combine this specific offer with other discounts or promotions. Thank you for your understanding.

 

What if a product in my Bulk Bundle goes out of stock?

We are pre-ordering this product specifically for you - therefore it will not go out of stock. If there are any issues with your order, however, please note that we will reach out to you timely, and via email.

 

What happens if there’s a delay with my pre-order?

If there are any delays with pre-orders, we will reach out to you timely via email. You can, as always, cancel your pre-ordered bulk bundle at any time while you wait, as long as it has not yet been shipped, and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. If you wish to cancel your pre-ordered bulk bundle before shipping has commenced, please contact CustomerCare@MelaninHaircare.com for assistance.

What payment options are available? 

We utilize Shopify Payments, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Diners Club.

Do I pay for shipping?

Yes, bulk-bundle shipping rates are the responsibility of the customer and take into consideration the average weight of each bulk-bundle which varies between 13 to 25 pounds each, along with the distance required for delivery.

*Melanin Haircare does not determine or control shipping rates - this is determined by the carrier.

 

What is my shipping method for the pre-order?

• For deliveries inside of the United States of America, we utilize UPS and USPS as needed. 
• For deliveries outside of the United States of America, we utilize DHL Express.

 

Are there additional fees for international orders?

When ordering outside of the United States of America, recipients may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties, and fees that must be fulfilled upon receipt of the package. Melanin Haircare has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be as customs policies can vary widely from country to country and are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. 

*Please kindly note that customs, duties, and taxes imposed by a recipient’s country of residence are non-refundable. We do not prepay or calculate the fees, but we do recommend contacting your local customs office for further information as they may be able to provide a quote based on the item(s) in your shipment.

 

How can I track my pre-order?

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include tracking information to track your order.

 

What should I do if my shipment is damaged or missing?

Can I cancel my pre-ordered Bulk Bundle?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-ordered bulk bundle as long as it has not yet been shipped, and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. If you wish to cancel your pre-ordered bulk bundle before shipping has commenced, please contact CustomerCare@MelaninHaircare.com for assistance.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

 

What is the return policy?

We accept returns of most new, unused products in their original condition (unopened) within 14 days of delivery. To complete your return, your item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip.

*Please kindly note that we are unable to offer partial-returns on Bulk Bundles. If you wish to make a return, the entire bundle must be sent back with all products accounted for, in their original, new, unused, and unopened condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for understanding.

 

What is the exchange policy?
